DEMONSTRATION-TRAINING IN END-OF-PROJECT LESSONS-LEARNED MEETING
FOR STREAMS: AN INTERNATIONAL COALITION OF RESOURCE CENTRES FOR WATER AND SANITATION

        STREAMS engaged CCLFI to train them in how to conduct a one-day end-of-project Lessons Learned Meeting (LLM). LLM differs from conventional project evaluations because its output is different: the set of reusable knowledge that a project developed or tested, which can be useful for implementers of other similar projects elsewhere.

        In addition, CCLFI provided a pro bono service to STREAMS: a short module on “High-Octane KM” to illustrate to their Board Members how KM is related to the goals of STREAMS.
