ASSISTANCE IN STRATEGIC PLANNING
FOR THE PHILIPPINE COUNCIL FOR SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT, DEPARTMENT OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY

        From January to May 2004, CCLFI.Philippines partnered with the Asian Institute of Management Policy Center to provide assistance in strategic planning to the Philippine Council for Science and Technology Research and Development (PCASTRD) of the Department of Science and Technology of the Philippine Government.


        The strategic planning process used is a proprietary tool of CCLFI.Philippines, Green Spot© Strategic Planning Workshop, which (a) optimizes convergence between individual and organizational goals, and (b) assists executives in discovering, evaluating and if needed changing their mental boxes or limiting assumptions about their business model. The workshop is preceded by market and technology foresight exercises.
