KM WORKSHOP FOR EXECUTIVES OF THE PHILIPPINE BUSINESS FOR SOCIAL PROGRESS

        CCLFI.Philippines provided a one-day workshop on Basic KM for executives of the Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP) on January 25, 2007. PBSP is an NGO that funds and implements development projects; it is supported by pledges from well-known Philippine corporations.

        After the workshop, CCLFI provided a pro bono, pro patria service: rapid KM assessment of three important business processes of PBSP, namely, (a) requisition and purchase procedures, (b) resource mobilization and (c) project development, implementation and M&E or monitoring and evaluation. The assessment is intended to help PBSP identify what are the priority knowledge gaps that should be addressed to improve the performance of the business processes.
